To mark Qatar’s first ever Formula 1st Grand Prix this month, Alfardan Luxury Motors hosted an exclusive evening for Aston Martin customers and prospects on 18^th November 2021 at the British brand’s West Bay showroom at Alfardan Towers. In attendance was Executive Chairman of Aston Martin Lagonda, Lawrence Stroll, who presented his team’s Show Car for the first time in Qatar.

Guests were able to get up close and personal with the Show Car edition of the first Aston Martin Formula 1st car built in 60 years, presented in its striking green livery in recognition of the brand’s traditional racing colours and glorious sporting legacy. Mr Stroll also talked about Aston Martin’s return to Formula 1st and his team’s inaugural race in the country.

Lawrence Stroll said, “It is a pleasure to be in Qatar for the first Grand Prix and have the chance to interact with Aston Martin customers and prospects here. The enthusiasm for our return to Formula 1st has been fantastic and it is always a delight for us to share our passion first-hand; I certainly look forward to what the coming days will bring for our team.”

The Aston Martin Formula One Teamä – consisting of four-time Formula 1st World Champion, Sebastian Vettel and multiple Grand Prix podium finisher, Lance Stroll – made its race debut earlier this year following a long-awaited return to the sport. It will be their first time, as well as their counterparts’, to race on the high-speed and flowing Losail Circuit most famous for hosting MotoGP.
