To mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Alfardan Sports Motors—the authorized reseller of Alfa Romeo in Qatar—and Qatar Cancer Society held a dinner for cancer survivors, catered by Marsa Malaz Kempinski hotel.

As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility policy to give back to the community, Alfardan Sports Motors has always been a strong supporter of public welfare activities and organizations. This year’s dinner recognized the people who have been touched by cancer, spreading awareness about their fight against a disease that has affected many Arabs and their families across the region.

In an evening infused with hope, laughter, and inspiration, many survivors shared their experiences with other guests, and noted the progress that has been made in battling the disease—from the moment of diagnosis through treatment and remission. Information was also provided on how to spot the early warning signs of cancer.
