Marsa Malaz Kempinski The Pearl – Doha has successfully implemented all the standards and passed all the requirements for the Qatar Clean Program, a joint initiative launched by Qatar National Tourism Council (QNTC) and Ministry of Public Health (MOPH).
The program seeks put in place measures and regulations that hotels must abide by in order to safeguard their guests, employees, tenants, contractors, and suppliers from COVID-19.
On this purpose Marsa Malaz Kempinski, The Pearl - Doha has been on the up-front in implementing all the new precautionary and hygiene/safety measures since April 2020, becoming the benchmark not only in Qatar and in the Region but as well as internationally as the “Kempinski White Gloves Service” video initiative has been shared across the globe and became a reference in the hospitality industry.
With the philosophy for guests and visitors of “feeling like at home away from home”, every time they visit the resort, the main goal is ensuring a safe and memorable stay for each visitor.
With the implementation of the Qatar Clean Program initiative and guidelines, the maximum hygiene standards are always ensured starting with conducting temperature checks and Ehteraz app check upon arrival for both guests and employees, compulsory masks and gloves wearing for employees, regular disinfection of public spaces and common areas, health and safety advisory displays in both English and Arabic indicating the necessary precautionary measures along to the adherence to the proper distancing queuing, seating management in public areas and restaurants, room new sterilization procedures as well as compulsory regular trainings for all employees being all in place to ensure the full compliance with the newly launched Quality and Hygiene program.
